ESC Thai Wake Park vs Thai Wake Park Lumlukka vs Taco Lake
ESC Thai Wake Park and Thai Wake Park Lumlukka share one price list and both run full-size cables until 22:00, so the real difference between them is location, schedule and the hotel next door. Taco Lake, out by Suvarnabhumi Airport, is a much simpler and much cheaper walk-in lake with a flat day price. Here is how the three most-searched parks around Bangkok compare, so you can pick the one that fits your trip.
ThaiWakeClub is an independent directory and is not affiliated with any of these parks. All prices are as of October 2026; check with the park before you go.

Location and getting there
ESC Thai Wake Park (Rangsit)
ESC sits inside ESC Park Rangsit in Khlong Luang, Pathum Thani, next to the ESC Park Hotel. It is the closest of the three to Don Mueang Airport (about 14 km, around 25 minutes); Suvarnabhumi is about 50 km. The park hosted the 2025 SEA Games wakeboard events and the 2022 IWWF World Championships.
Thai Wake Park Lumlukka
Lumlukka is the original Thai Wake Park, on Liap Khlong 6 Road in Lam Luk Ka, with its main cable running since 2009. Don Mueang is about 30 km (around 35 minutes) and Suvarnabhumi about 40 km (45-60 minutes). The two TWP parks are roughly 17 km apart.
Taco Lake (Bueng Tako)
Taco Lake is on the Bang Na-Trat Road frontage road in Bang Phli, Samut Prakan, about 15 km (around 25 minutes) from Suvarnabhumi. For anyone staying in Sukhumvit or Bang Na, it is usually the most convenient.
Distances are approximate road estimates; check a live map for your route.
Cable setup and obstacles
Both TWP parks run a full-size 5-tower Rixen main cable (counter-clockwise) plus 2-tower System 2.0 cables for first rides and coaching. Lumlukka has two training cables and 20+ rotating features. ESC has one training cable, "Little Bro", and 15+ features including four kickers, two tsunamis, an oversized rainbow and a pumptrack wavebox.
Taco Lake has one full-size Rixen cable with four kickers, a pipe, a rail and a box. There is no separate beginner cable; first-timers start on kneeboards or strap boards.
Hours and night riding
All three parks let you ride after dark, which matters in the hot season.
- Lumlukka: main cable daily 09:00-22:00 under floodlights; training cable 09:00-18:00. Restaurant last order 20:30, cafe 18:30.
- ESC: weekdays 11:00-22:00; weekends and public holidays 09:00-22:00. Training cable until 18:00. Kitchen last order 21:15.
- Taco Lake: weekdays 12:00-22:00. A July 2026 Facebook update moved weekend opening to 10:00, but the official website still shows 12:00 every day, so confirm before a weekend morning visit.

Taco Lake flat pricing
Taco Lake keeps it simple: 400 THB to ride until 18:00, 100 THB more for the 18:00-22:00 night session, or 600 THB for the whole day including night. That includes a life vest, helmet, beginner board or kneeboard, and basic instruction. Only riders pay entry, so friends can come and watch. Multi-visit passes and a board-with-bindings rental have been reported, but those prices are not confirmed for 2026; ask at the counter.
